Eastrose Homes warrants and stands behind every home we build. We offer a One-Year, Two-Year, and Seven-Year warranty. Your home warranty is provided by Eastrose Homes and backed by the Tarion Warranty Corporation. Homes are covered by the builder and the manufacturer’s warranty for material and work defects.
Eastrose Homes warrants for the first year from the day you move in that the home is free from defects in workmanship and materials. This process begins with our Pre-Delivery Inspection, followed by a thirty-day Inspection form, and the first year of warranty concludes with your anniversary or One-Year Inspection form.
Eastrose Homes provides a warranty for up to two years, ensuring that the home is free of defects in material and/or workmanship in the electrical, plumbing, and heating delivery and distribution systems. Additionally, the warranty covers the home for defects in the exterior cladding, caulking, windows, and doors, as well as ensuring the home is free of any water penetration through the building envelope.
Eastrose Homes provides protection for homeowners for up to seven years against any structural defects. Structural defects are defined as any defect that results in the failure of the load-bearing part of the home’s structure or defects in materials or workmanship that adversely affect the use of the building as a home.
Each home built by Eastrose will be registered with Tarion, the Ontario New Home Warranty Program.
